Studio Policies

Pilates and Somatic Movement classes are a time for centering and focusing on the method. You should feel free from distraction. Please ensure you arrive on time or a few minutes early to prepare for class. You may be denied entry to the class if you are more than 5 minutes late. Please take consideration to other students and silence your phone. If you are going to arrive late please notify your instructor in the event of late trains, traffic situations or other catastrophic events.

All Sessions are currently sold in packs of 5 and 10 week  or as individual lessons.  Used sessions are deducted at the single session rate and subtracted from the total purchase price. Offers and opportunities are available for FREE classes. Class packs are issued an expiry date.  Unused classes by expiration will be lost. Class packs can not be exchanged for other services or extended without medical reasons.

Coming soon…Monthly class packs for ease of planning.

Pilates classes are limited to a small number of students. Therefore, there is 24-hour cancellation notice.  No shows and late cancellations are subject to loss of deposit and forfeited classes. Missed classes can now be made up to two times within a course period provided a 24 hour cancellation and space is available.

Due to the popularity of the group classes a waiting list is in effect.

All packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services within the studio. Each service has an expiration date. Expirations dates are not extended for any reason with the exception of a medical necessity.
Please be sure that you use your sessions within the allotted time and be aware of any holidays or half term breaks you have scheduled as expired sessions will be forfeited. In the event of a significant illness or injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for an extension.

Anyone under age 18 is required to have a parent-signed waiver. Small children, while we do love them, are prohibited from the studio space.

Policies are subject to manager’s discretion.
