Movement Integration Studio (MI Studio) is now offering Pilates and Clinical Somatic Education classes and Individual sessions in Fort Worth and Benbrook Texas.
Janet Wood, Owner and Director of MI Studio may have spent most of the past 20 years in England, but her roots are in Texas and Texas wants her near to home.
Janet is currently offering Pilates and Clinical Somatic Education sessions ONLINE and IN PERSON in the privacy of your own home in Fort Worth and Benbrook Texas. Live in-person classes are held in bespoke locations by arrangement. Stay tuned for 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates and Clinical Somatics and Individualized Teacher Training in the MI Boutique Studio coming Summer 2021.
