This is more important than ever at a time like this because movement and exercise helps to reduce stress and anxiety. We want to help prioritise the wellbeing of our clients from the comfort and safety of their homes.
The classes are held on Zoom, taught by Balanced Body Pilates Master Instructor and Somatics Educator Janet Wood and Marina Crowe Balanced Body Certified instructor. All classes are available to purchase online. As a small business, we very much value your support and participation and we have created a varied timetable to accommodate all abilities and schedules.
